Sign-up & waitlist
Participants sign up online and pay straight away. When a course is full, the waitlist moves up automatically.
Coaches & groups
Assign coaches, form groups and record attendance. Everything comes together in one shared course calendar.
Court allocation
Courses are placed automatically on free courts, so they never clash with the regular court bookings.
Payment & cancellation
The course fee is paid by card, SEPA or pass. If someone cancels, they receive a refund or a voucher.
Reminders & calendar
All course dates sit in the calendar. Participants get automatic reminders of their session by push and email.
